Today is the day as Americans, we tend to over-do it on the not-so-healthy snacks. Super Bowl Sunday is pretty much a holiday in the U.S. and most likely the biggest food-related holiday, next to Thanksgiving. Today it is all about the wings, pizza, beer, burgers and nachos right?!
