A Dietitians Favorite Snacking Swaps for Super Bowl Sunday

Today is the day as Americans, we tend to over-do it on the not-so-healthy snacks. Super Bowl Sunday is pretty much a holiday in the U.S. and most likely the biggest food-related holiday, next to Thanksgiving. Today it is all about the wings, pizza, beer, burgers and nachos right?!

Well believe it or not, you can still enjoy these staples of any Super Bowl Sunday party and still keep your healthy diet and lifestyle on track. How? Just make sure you are keeping an eye on portion control and make some healthier snacking swaps!

Here I have listed some of my favorite recipes that will fit right in at your Super Bowl party tonight but allow you to still make some healthier choices at the same time.
